Your scheduleYoga FAQ
Do I need any equipment for private yoga at home?
No. Your instructor brings mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters as needed. Just clear a 6' x 6' space.
What styles of yoga does Limbo offer?
Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Power, Prenatal, Iyengar, and pranayama/meditation. Most instructors teach multiple styles.
Can I do private yoga outdoors?
Yes. Many clients book park, beach, or rooftop sessions when weather and city permit. The instructor brings outdoor-friendly mats.
Are sessions one-on-one or can I bring friends?
Both. Sessions can be private 1-on-1, or you can add up to 3 friends (semi-private) at a small per-person rate.
How experienced are Limbo yoga instructors?
All instructors hold at least 200-hour certifications; many have 500-hour and specialty trainings (prenatal, therapy, advanced styles).
