How does pay-per-session pricing work?
Each session has a base rate set by your provider. There's no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no minimum commitment.
Do I have to use my sessions by a certain date?
No fixed window for single sessions. Book whenever it works. Packages are valid for 12 months from the booking date.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Outdoor sessions are weather-flexible with no late-cancel fee.
How does payment work?
Credit card or Apple Pay at the time of booking. Payment is authorized but not charged until your provider confirms the session ran.
