Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of limbowellness.com and the services we offer (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Limbo

Limbo Wellness LLC ("Limbo," "we," "us," or "our") operates a marketplace platform connecting clients with independent wellness providers across yoga, pilates, fitness, dance, and massage. Limbo is not a studio, gym, or employer of providers. We facilitate introductions, matching, scheduling, and payment processing between clients and independent providers.

2. Independent contractor relationship

All providers on the platform are independent contractors. They set their own session rates, schedules, and methods of instruction. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Limbo. Limbo does not direct, supervise, or guarantee the services provided.

Clients understand and agree that responsibility for the conduct, quality, and outcome of any session lies with the provider, not Limbo.

3. Booking and payment

• Per-session pricing. Sessions are billed individually. Final price is set by your matched provider and shown before booking confirmation.
• Payment authorization. Your payment method is authorized at booking but not charged until your provider confirms the session has taken place.
• Cancellations. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window may be billed as a confirmed session.
• Weather-flexible outdoor sessions. Outdoor sessions cancelled due to weather are not charged a cancellation fee.
• Refunds. If a provider fails to appear or a session is materially deficient, contact us within 7 days and we'll review for refund or credit.

4. User conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Provide false personal or booking information
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against providers or other users
• Use the platform to solicit providers off-platform for services arranged through Limbo
• Circumvent, attempt to circumvent, or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Physical activity carries inherent risk. You agree that you are physically capable of participating in the sessions you book, that you will consult a physician if you have health concerns, and that you assume all risk of injury that could result from participation. By booking a session, you release Limbo and its providers from claims arising out of normal, careful provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Provider obligations

Providers on the platform represent that they hold valid credentials in their discipline, carry professional liability insurance, and operate in compliance with applicable state and local regulations. Limbo verifies credentials at onboarding but does not continuously audit individual sessions.

7. Intellectual property

The Limbo brand, site design, copy, code, and other site content are owned by Limbo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limbo disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limbo's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Limbo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
