FAQ

Fitness FAQ

Do I need a home gym for private fitness sessions?

No. Trainers bring portable kit (kettlebells, bands, sliders, mat). You only need ~8' x 8' of floor space.

Can I train at my regular gym instead of at home?

Yes. Trainers meet you at your gym, hotel gym, or any space you have access to.

How often should I train?

For general health, 2–3 sessions a week is the sweet spot. For specific goals (strength, body recomp, athletic prep) your trainer will recommend a frequency based on recovery and timeline.

Are Limbo trainers certified?

Yes. All trainers hold nationally accredited certifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). Many have specialty credentials in pre/postnatal, post-rehab, and sport-specific programming.

Will I get a written program between sessions?

Most trainers provide a written between-session plan as part of their service. Ask when booking; some include it standard, others charge a small add-on.
